100% satisfied with your purchase and that our exchanges with

Our Return Policy
If for any reason the product you purchased
from Vermont Shortbread Company does not meet your expectations,
please let us know. We will make every attempt to rectify
the situation. In the event that we cannot meet your expectations
despite our extra effort, you will be refunded 100% of the
money paid for the product you purchased, no questions asked.
Our Shipping Policy
Vermont Shortbread Company requires a $17
order minimum to ship anywhere within the Continental United
States. Shipping fees are calculated right within our PayPal
order form and determined by the amount of total product purchased.
Due to the perishability of our product and uncertainty of
international customs order tracking, we do not ship outside
of the U.S.
Our Email Opt-In List Policy
All Vermont Shortbread Company Newsletter
subscribers are "opt-in only." That means that we
put the subscription control in the hands of our customers.
If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list,
you can click the link at the bottom of any autoreply email
we've already sent to you and follow the instructions to be
removed. If for any reason our automated third party email
system fails and you continue to receive promotional material
from us, please contact us personally via email and we will
take steps to manually ensure your information is removed
from the lists. You may re-subscribe to our ezine or email
list using a different email address at any time, simply by

and entering your email address into the signup form.

right to include promotional materials to accompany the fulfillment
of the delivery of any products or services requested and
delivered on or through our Web site. In order to receive
the products that you purchase from our company, we do require
a limited amount of personal information from you. This information
is needed to fulfill transactions per your request; including
product shipments and/or downloads; administrative communications
about the purchase, the product and our site in general; customer
service inquiries; and/or to inform you of any future changes
to our terms and policies. In these cases, the opt-out provision
does not apply.

payment for any product or service, we are committed to using
